This roundtable will address the challenges for sustainable food production, which prioritize the care of the environment and human health. The use of technologies in the agricultural sector such as sensors, drones, AI, efficient irrigation systems, monitoring, etc., allows the optimization of limited resources (water, energy, soil) to cope with a changing climate or the needs of a growing population, helping to increase the profitability of the sector and positively impacting the quality, safety and sustainability of the agri-food chain.
