The collaborative robot (cobot) is equipped with a spray gun and a rotating table, enabling 360° processing of parts. Programming is carried out by attaching a tracker to a dedicated handle, allowing the robot’s program to be generated using a 3D infrared scanner. Every movement and command performed by the operator—such as spray activation and table rotation—is recorded and then accurately replicated by the robot.
This innovative system is designed to dramatically reduce recipe creation times, making programming faster, easier, and more efficient for end users.
