CZFI, is specially sensitized in the protection of personal data of Users of the services of the Web site. PARTICIPANTS TO THE BNEW DATA

The purpose of the collection and processing of personal data through registration or inscription on the platform, is the participation and acces to the BNEW and the audiovisual content and networking activities during the BNEW event. WEBSITE USERS DATA

Website user browsing data will be processed solely for statistical and analysis purposes, in accordance with the provisions of our cookie policy and to provide information about our activities and, where appropriate, to answer your queries and suggestions. The legitimation of the data processing shall be the user’s consent given through the cookies’ CMP.

NEWSLETTERS SUSCRIBER’S DATA

We may also process personal data if data subjects suscribe to CZFI’s Newsletter for which we will ask their consent, for the sole purpose of sending sending newsletters by digital means, which contain information about our activities, or related congresses, events and fairs and related information relating the logistic sector.

The suscriber have the right to revoke its consent at any time.

DATA COLLECTED THROUGH CONTACT FORMS OR FROM E-MAILS RECEIVED

We may also process personal data if data subjects send us queries, complaints or suggestions through the contact forms provided for this purpose on our website, or send us enquiries, complaints or suggestions by e-mail to the addressess provided on the website for this purpose, solely for the purpose of replying to the request for such information. We will never add such data to other databases or send commercial communications electronically without prior authorisation from the data subject.

DATA COLLECTED THROUGH OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES 

We will be able to process the data of Social Media users that interact with the CZFI profile pages in the social media.

The information provided by CZFI in its social media profiles is merely intended as a guideline. CZFI is not responsible for the errors contained, nor for any damages which could arise from its use.

When you the data subject usese a social media platform which has no connection with CZFI, you can modify your data for that platform in your profile settings section of each network. CZFI can only consult or cancel your data as a follower.

CONSERVATION PERIOD

We may retain the personal data processed for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected, or as required by applicable laws.

The data referring to the BNEW’s participants will be kept for the time necessary to meet the purpose for which they were collected and the legal obligations arising from it. The economic data, when applicable, will be kept as provided for under the General Tax Act 58/2003.

Data relating to the Newsletter’s suscribers will be kept until the suscriber objects to the data processsind and /or revokes the reception of the Newsletter by unsusscribing.

Data relating to queries made by users through web forms, those received by e-mail, as well as curriculum vitae data will be kept for a maximum of one year from the date on which they were collected.

Data collected through cookies, social network plug-ins, and web user browsing data, will be kept for no longer than one year from the time they are collected.

The data of the users connecting to CZFI's social media profiles will not be added to the company's databases, and will therefore be kept under the conditions and for the periods of time established by the social media network in question.

RECIPIENTS

CZFI guarantees the confidentiality of personal data, and will not disclose them to third parties unless their owner has granted its permission beforehand.

However, depending on CZFI's different needs, we will be able to disclose your data to the following recipients:

CZFI may subcontract different services to external providers who will have access to personal data, including but not limited to: cloud service providers and their computer servers, and other providers and professionals, distributors, lawyers and solicitors, auditors, consultants, financial institutions, etc., who will process the personal data as processors on behalf of CZFI. In that case, the suppliers will have signed personal data processing agreements, limiting its processing to the purposes of the service provided and always under the security measures established by current regulations.

We may disclose your data and any other information that is in our possession or that is accessible through our systems and is required in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to the case to the competent public administration in the matter, as well as to the competent public authorities.
