Gender gap in Science
Despite the progress made over recent decades, gender inequalities remain present in the scientific community, affecting the participation, leadership, and recognition of women in research. This session will examine the causes and consequences of this gap, as well as the strategies, policies, and initiatives aimed at promoting equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion. It will also explore how to build a more equitable, innovative, and representative scientific system that reflects society as a whole.
