CONSERVATION PERIOD

The data referring to the BNEW’s participants will be kept for the time necessary to meet the purpose for which they were collected and the legal obligations arising from it. The economic data, when applicable, will be kept as provided for under the General Tax Act 58/2003.
Data relating to the Newsletter’s suscribers will be kept until the suscriber objects to the data processsind and /or revokes the reception of the Newsletter by unsusscribing.
Data relating to queries made by users through web forms, those received by e-mail, as well as curriculum vitae data will be kept for a maximum of one year from the date on which they were collected.
Data collected through cookies, social network plug-ins, and web user browsing data, will be kept for no longer than one year from the time they are collected.
The data of the users connecting to CZF's social media profiles will not be added to the company's databases and will therefore be kept under the conditions and for the periods of time established by the social media network in question.

g. Not give the User’s account nor resell to any third parties the services rendered by CZFI.

Therefore, it is the User’s responsibility to have the pertinent rights and authorisations to publish them.
